Pay Range

• Schedule: $34.00-$39.00, 12 hour shifts
• Shift: 6:30am-7pm Day
• 6:30pm-7:00am Night and every 3rd weekend
• Pick 3 shifts in a week and be a full time employee and find other shifts to get additional overtime

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Current LPN licensure in MN
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders
• Long-term care experience (preferred)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards
