Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking an LPN to join the Center for Living & Rehabilitation in Bennington, Vermont. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents, under the supervision of an RN, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, develop individualized care plans, document care accurately, and help residents with daily living activities in a supportive environment that values

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.

About this LPN Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
