Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking an LPN for Orleans Justice Center in New Orleans, LA. Evening and night shifts are available to support a vulnerable patient population under RN and provider supervision.

The LPN will administer medications, assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, provide wound care, document care plans, and contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As an LPN at our facility, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:
