Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking an LPN to join the team at Southwestern Regional Jail in Holden, WV.

This role provides direct patient care under supervision, administers meds, monitors conditions, and supports daily living activities. The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, 1–2 years of nursing experience (correctional settings preferred), CPR certification, and strong communication skills.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week: Friday 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Saturday 3:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
FACILITY: Southwestern Regional Jail
LOCATION: Holden, WV

What You’ll Need

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
