Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking an LPN to provide hands-on nursing care at the Youth Justice Center in Memphis, TN.

The role involves administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting a multidisciplinary team under RN and medical supervision. Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).

• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high‑pressure settings.
