Job summary
Quality Talent Group is assisting a client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York to hire an LPN. The role delivers direct nursing care in long-term care settings, administers medications, and supports care plans under supervision.
Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, excel in documentation and patient communication, and are comfortable using EHR systems. Various shifts are available with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, including day and night
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
