Job summary

Addus HomeCare in the United States is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with CNAs and STNAs under the charge nurse.

Established clinicians with compassionate approach are preferred. Eligible candidates may have access to benefits including weekly and daily pay options, with flexible schedules and strong career stability in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license current and in good standing.
• CPR certification and TB test up to date.
• Clean background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and supervise aides as directed.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse.

Job Duties of Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Personal care and supervision of CNA and STNA
