Job summary

CareOne at Moorestown is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to balance patient care with clinical leadership in a long-term care setting. The role oversees daily nursing activities, implements care plans, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while supervising CNAs and nursing staff.

The position is based in Moorestown, NJ, with a comprehensive benefits package for part-time and full-time roles. Strong clinical skills and a current NJ nursing license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
• Experience supervising nursing staff (CNA and RNs) preferred.

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.

Position Requirements

• Education Graduate from credentialed school of nursing
• Certification/Licensure: Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
