Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN, LVN) to care for our residents in our Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility! CMH is composed of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. We offer acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies, and more, ensuring comprehensive community coverage.

Stockton, Missouri, is home to Stockton State Park, offering outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and swimming. Stockton Lake, located minutes from our facility, is a popular destination for boating, water sports, and camping.

About the Facility:

Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility is a 90-bed, skilled nursing facility in the scenic lake town of Stockton, Missouri. We value and respect our employees, whom we call “Lifeguards”. Typical Day Includes:

• Assigning care duties to nursing staff based on their training and experience
• Administering medications safely
• Conducting resident assessments
• Monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Administering treatments and procedures as per physician orders
• Building relationships with residents
• Facilitating resident admissions and discharges
• Assisting in developing the resident's Plan of Care

Job Requirements:

• Education: Associate's Degree
• Experience: Patient care
• Skills: Multitasking
• Licensure/Certification: RN or LPN
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Position Details:

Full-time, Night shift: 6 PM to 6 AM, every other weekend.
