We offer full‑time and part‑time Day, Evening and Night shifts with a pay range of $31.50–$36.95 per hour plus shift differentials. Sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 and daily pay access are available.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license (the Virginia license requirement listed)
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous long-term care (LTC) or SNF experience preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards, orders and guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort and comfort measures
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and legal requirements
• Review patient history, charts and vital signs
• Coach staff as needed

Rate of pay: $31.50 to $36.95 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
