Wexford Health Sources, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking an LPN for the Youth Justice Center. You’ll provide hands‑on nursing care under RNs and medical staff, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support care planning.

This role operates 2pm–10:30pm, with opportunities for CEUs, health benefits, and a comprehensive PTO/holidays package. Candidates must have an active LPN license, CPR, and 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in correctional settings.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience; correctional experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities
