Starting pay is approximately $58,000 based on shift assignments.
Ohio has joined the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), which went into effect January 1, 2023. The NLC allows an LPN to hold one multistate license (MSL) in their primary state of residence while practicing across state lines in 37 other compact states.

License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing pursuant to Section 4723 Ohio Revised Code; MDS certification issued by ANNAC (American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination).
