Job summary

Excelsior Care Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Live Oak, FL. You will administer medications, implement care plans, and perform wound care with empathy.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, HIPAA compliance, and upholding resident rights. Shifts are 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM with alternating weekends/holidays; pay ranges from $29–$33 per hour and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing.
