The LPN will work collaboratively in an Ambulatory Surgical Center, providing essential patient care before, during, and after procedures. Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our endoscopy team. The Endoscopy LPN works collaboratively with the physician and other team members in the Ambulatory Surgical Center to determine patient needs before, during, and after Endoscopic procedures. The LPN performs delegated responsibilities using established procedures, policies, guidelines, and standards.

Schedule: M-F (no weekends or holidays)
Rotating 4x10s; 7a-5p
Pay: $23-29/hr

Responsibilities
-Provide direct, hands-on care to Endoscopy patients before, during and after Endoscopic procedures.
-Administer prescribed medications, as ordered by the physician.
-Start IV’s using Aseptic Technique.
-Assists with cleaning and preparing rooms between procedures, per the Infection Control Policy.
Qualifications
-Valid LPN license in the state of NC.
-Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
-Proficient in medical-surgical nursing practices.
-Ability to confidently start an IV
-Strong communication skills with a focus on patient education
-Must be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
-Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
