Addus HomeCare, Inc. in Kalispell, MT is hiring a Full-Time LPN to provide nursing support to clients in their homes under RN supervision. The LPN performs assessments and basic medical procedures to help clients meet care plan requirements and stay safely at home.

This role offers a flexible schedule (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm), no weekends, and a daily pay option. New graduates are welcome; Montana LPN licensure is required; reliable transportation is needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• New Nurses welcome; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to perform home visits and provide nursing care in the home environment.

A-PLUS HEALTHCARE / ADDUS HOMECARE IS HIRING – Full-Time Home Care Nurse LPN | Flexible Schedule | Paid Mileage

We are seeking a LPN to provide nursing support to clients within our agency. This role is critical to meeting current care plan requirements, completing home visits and ensuring our clients can safely remain with our services. The Licensed practical nurse performs assessments and simple medical nursing procedures in client's homes, under the guidance of the RN Supervisor, in accordance with physician's orders.

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements & Competencies:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure in the state of practice
• New Nurses welcome, will train!
• Ability to make home visits and provide nursing care in the home environment
• No weight restrictions
• Home Care experience preferred but not mandatory
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance; or ability to take public transportation
• Ability to complete necessary documentation appropriately, legibly, and timely
• Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills necessary to complete job responsibilities
