Job summary

Viva Senior Living in Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care to memory care residents within a supportive team.

You will monitor health and safety, assist with mobility and daily activities, and participate in training and competency programs to ensure high-quality care. Requirements include an active PA LPN license, a high school diploma or GED, and English proficiency. Prior senior living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in the State of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, memory care, home health, or a similar setting is preferred
• Must be able to successfully complete required training and competency programs
• Must meet applicable health and employment requirements
• Must be able to work assigned shifts and maintain reliable attendance

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull as needed
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and personal care while working safely with residents who may have physical, cognitive, or behavioral challenges
• Lift, move, and/or carry at least 25 pounds as required by the position
• Use mechanical equipment or assistive devices when appropriate
• Assist with emergency evacuation procedures when necessary
