Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Greenville, NC, seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Opioid Treatment Program. You will provide nursing care, medication management, and support the treatment team in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NC LPN license.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.

• Support treatment after-care and referral services and maintain a therapeutic clinical environment.

At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Opioid Treatment Program in Greenville, NC. As an integral part of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work alongside a team of professionals, all committed to transforming the lives of individuals seeking assistance for mental health and substance use.

What You’ll Do

The primary purpose of the Nurse is to provide patients with services including screening, medication/prescription management, assisting the treatment team, treatment after‑care, and referral services. This position will provide medication and medical assistance to mental health and substance abuse clients. This position will work in collaboration with other clinical professionals to facilitate positive outcomes for our clients. The nursing professional maintains accurate and up-to‑date medical documentation and client medication logs in addition to assisting other staff members in maintaining a therapeutic and healthy clinical environment for all clients.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 5:45AM - 2:00PM

What We’re Looking For

• An active, unrestricted Nursing License to practice in North Carolina (LPN)
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.

• Prior mental health experience preferred but not required
