Job summary

Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Jersey City, NJ is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a resident-centered, team-oriented unit. We offer all shifts with competitive pay up to $40 per hour and a supportive environment focused on compassionate care.

You will administer medications, tailor care plans, perform wound care, document accurately, and uphold HIPAA. NJ LPN license required; prior SNF experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
• Compassionate attitude and a desire to care for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resident-Focused Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with compassion and attention to detail.
• Individualized Care Plans: Tailor care to meet each resident’s unique health needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Clinical Expertise: Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to maintain residents’ health and comfort.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise medical records, ensuring accurate observations, treatments, and evaluations.
• Confidentiality: Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required. We welcome dedicated professionals eager to learn.
