StoryPoint Howard is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join as Nurse Supervisor. You will supervise clinical staff, evaluate residents, and ensure timely reporting to physicians. Proficiency in EHR/EMAR and clear communication with families and the care team are essential.

Strong commitment to elder care and previous supervisory or leadership experience are highly valued, with a focus on compassionate, compliant, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• Demonstrated punctuality and professionalism.
• Passionate about working with the elderly.

Must haves from you to be a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
• Passionate about working with the elderly.

What your day to day looks like as a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:

• Responsible for evaluating residents and reporting change in condition to physicians.
• Utilizing Electronic Heath Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
• Communicating effectively to team, residents and families.
• Building strong relationships.
