Haven Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Grayville, Illinois to join a Haven Healthcare–affiliated skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with weekend availability and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with RNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care. Illinois licensure and LTC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Location: Grayville, Illinois
Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend Availability

Job Summary
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Illinois to join our team at a Haven Healthcare–affiliated skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Grayville. Key Responsibilities (LPN Duties)

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting
