West Hartford Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an LPN to serve as Charge Nurse, delivering high-quality direct care to residents under the direction of the nursing leadership.

The position starts at $34 per hour, with partial benefits at 16 hours and full benefits at 24 hours per week, plus a $3/hr per diem bonus. Two 3pm-11pm, 40-hour shifts are currently available.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• LPN role as Charge Nurse with direct patient care responsibilities.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF YOUR POSITION:

We are looking for an LPN to provide quality direct care for patients/families. As the Charge Nurse you will collaborate with members of our health care team to assist patients in achieving established outcomes of care.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of nursing experience preferred.
