Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. The role supports day, evening, and night shifts across full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements, with daily pay and flexible scheduling options.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license in the state and have experience with medication administration, patient care procedures, and EHR/digital charting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
