Quality Talent Group is assisting a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee in recruiting Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) professionals. The role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to fit diverse schedules.

As an LPN, you will administer medications and IVs, deliver direct nursing care, document care and vital signs, and educate residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
