CareOne at Redstone in East Longmeadow, MA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The role pays $35.00–$49.00 per hour and offers compensation based on experience, credentials, and shift differentials when applicable.

This position focuses on coordinating nursing care and ensuring adherence to plans of care and regulatory standards. The LPN will supervise CNAs and licensed nurses, manage nursing processes for assigned residents, and ensure high-quality patient care in accordance

• Graduate from credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.

• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
