Job summary

PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time work at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Eagleville, PA. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care under RN supervision and adhere to PCM policies while meeting security requirements.

Shift is FT Evenings (10 AM - 10:30 PM). Candidates should hold a PA LPN license and have strong communication skills; correctional healthcare experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• LPN license active in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in correctional health care is helpful.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in line with PCM Policies and Procedures.
• Function as Charge Nurse in the absence of the Head Nurse or Assistant Head Nurse.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care while observing and maintaining security requirements.
• Perform duties under supervision of an RN pursuant to protocols.

PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and hard-working Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work full-time in the medical department at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility located in Eagleville, PA. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care and perform duties under supervision of an RN.

Available Shift:

FT Evenings (10 AM - 10:30 PM)

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with PCM Policies and Procedures. Ensures that nursing practice complies with established nursing standards, and scope of practice limitations.
• Function as Charge Nurse in the absence of Head Nurse or Assistant Head Nurse.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care while observing and maintaining security requirements.
• Performs duties under supervision of an RN pursuant to protocols established by the Medical Director.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state in which the facility is located.
• Experience in correctional health care delivery system helpful.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to function under supervision.
• Demonstrate clinical competency.
