Triad Travel Nursing Agency is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long term care facility in Ramsey County, North Dakota. The role supports residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and clinical assessments, under supervision of an RN or provider.

This is a travel assignment designed for flexibility and reliability. Shift rotations vary (Days/PM/Nights/Weekends); 36 hours per week; 13-week contract with housing provided.

Qualifications

• Active ND LPN license or ability to obtain upon hire.
• In good standing with all nursing boards.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Reliable, professional, and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
• Obtain and document vital signs, assessments, and care provided.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and families to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Follow infection control policies and facility protocols.
