Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Cass County, ND

Contract: 13 weeks (full‑time)

Hours: 36–40 per week (Days: 6:00AM – 6:30PM; Nights: 6:00PM – 6:30AM)

Pay: $1,836–$2,052 per week (weekly pay)

Housing: Not provided

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document resident conditions
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning
• Provide direct nursing care and resident education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow infection control and facility safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota LPN license or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Current BLS certification
• Good standing with the North Dakota Board of Nursing
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability to new environments and effective teamwork in a team‑oriented atmosphere
• Willingness to travel and work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Long‑term care experience preferred
