The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing services within the scope of licensure to support the health, safety, and well-being of residents. The LPN serves as the primary on-site nursing resource during assigned shifts and works closely with the treatment team, psychiatric providers, nursing leadership, and direct care staff.
Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently while knowing when to escalate concerns and collaborate with clinical leadership.
