Job summary

Washington Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Chipley, Florida, is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The role includes 12- and 8-hour shifts, starting pay of $17 per hour, with higher totals on day and evening/night shifts.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered plus benefits and growth opportunities. The CNA will assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, support the nursing staff, and ensure a clean, respectful environment while upholding residents'

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of State approved Nursing Assistant Certification Course.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Florida.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Support nursing staff in delivering quality care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.

Starting Pay $17 per hour

Even more with shift differentials:

• Day Shift: $18.00/ hour total pay
• Evening & Night Shifts $19.00 / total pay
