Job summary

Charlton Family Medicine of Ballston Lake in Ballston Lake, NY is hiring a Full Time LPN to join their team. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. A recruitment bonus of up to $3,500 is available.

As an LPN, you will administer vaccines, document conversations, manage patient intake, perform clinical procedures, and support patient care under the provider's supervision. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Experience as LPN in a medical practice or as Medical Assistant/Patient Care Tech.
• Strong computer skills with EMR experience.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and infection control.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and records accuracy.
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
• Skill in assessment and assistance techniques.

Responsibilities

• This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
