Job summary

Community Care Pediatrics Saratoga is hiring a full-time LPN to join their team in a busy medical practice. The schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with a half day once weekly and rotating Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• NYS Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• Experience with basic nursing principles and patient assessment.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Knowledge of infection control, patient confidentiality and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with medical chart documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient records accurately and promptly.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patients for visits according to office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (e.g., urine, blood) as directed by the provider.
• Enter orders into the lab system accurately.
• Perform clinical office procedures (e.g., PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medications, immunizations).
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider instructions.

Community Care Pediatrics Saratoga is looking for an LPN to join their team! This is a full-time position; 36-40 hours per week. The hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a half day once per week. Occasional rotating Saturday morning required.

• This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour

• Valid NYS LPN license.
