Job summary

Prime Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bridgton, Maine. In this full-time position, you will provide direct and indirect patient care services under the supervision of an RN, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and LPN/LVN license, with certifications in IV and Blood Withdrawal required shortly after hire. Experience in health care is preferred.

Qualifications

• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Overview

Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. Responsibilities

The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the MST setting.

Qualifications
