Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client in a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Roles include Full-time, Part-time, and PRN with Day, Evening, Night shifts to fit various schedules.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with care teams to implement individualized plans while maintaining accurate documentation and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
