Job summary

Quality Talent Group is helping a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers fill LPN roles. This position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to fit diverse schedules.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, implement care plans, monitor vitals, supervise other nursing staff when needed, and educate residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
