Quality Talent Group seeks an LPN to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The role offers Full-time, Part-time, or PRN options with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to suit diverse schedules.

Responsibilities include administering medications, delivering direct nursing care, and supporting care plans while documenting accurately in EHR systems. New grads welcome and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Strong medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Good documentation, time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
