Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client’s skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities in Tennessee. This role offers Day, Evening, and Night shifts with full‑time or part‑time options and a Daily Pay feature.

You will administer medications, document patient information, monitor conditions, and educate residents and families. An active LPN license is required; new grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
