Job summary

St. Vincent De Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Berlin, NH is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 7PM–7AM shifts (2nd and 3rd).

We offer competitive pay ($31.35–$36.75/hour), three 12-hour shifts, and paid time off with a $3/hour differential for eligible shifts, plus comprehensive benefits and a supportive team dedicated to high-quality resident care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current Practical Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
• Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
• Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
