Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with Day, Evening, Night shifts are available.

Active and unrestricted LPN license required. New grads welcome. You will administer medications, document care, use EHR systems, and educate residents and families while receiving competitive benefits and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with medication administration and patient care procedures is preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; comfortable with EHR/digital charting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
