The role offers multiple shifts—day, evening, and night—with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, and the opportunity to work in patient-first care environments.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, with strong documentation and communication skills, and familiarity with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
