Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Tennessee. Positions offer day, evening, and night shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. New grads are welcome and daily pay is available.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and help develop individualized care plans while using EHR systems. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 1199 Union plans.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
