Advanced Home Health is seeking an experienced LPN with strong clinical skills to provide patient-centered home health care. You will be supported by a collaborative team and have the autonomy to plan your day and deliver high-quality care in patients' homes.

A four-day work week is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package and sign-on/retention bonus options. Home health experience is preferred but not required, and we value compassionate, organized clinicians.

Sign-On/Retention Bonus Options:

Requirements

EDUCATION: Licensed LPN with current PA state license.

Home health experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to share more about this rewarding field with candidates who are excited to learn. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build trusting relationships with patients and families, and the professionalism to coordinate care with our team. Excellent organization and time management skills are also essential, as you’ll have the autonomy to plan your schedule and balance multiple priorities throughout the day.
