Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in locating an LPN to join our client’s team in New Jersey. The role offers Day, Evening, and Night shifts with full-time, part-time, or PRN options, and a Daily Pay benefit.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and support care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
