Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 / hour (based on experience) + shift differentials

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday options)
Weekend Dedicated: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Every other weekend)

Administer scheduled medications, insulin, and specialized treatments safely and accurately.
Provide clean, routine wound care and skin assessments per physician orders.
Monitor resident clinical status, record vitals, and report changes in condition to the attending physician and RN supervisor.
Partner with and guide your assigned CNAs to ensure resident comfort, hygiene, and scheduled turn routines.
Document shift assessments, medication passes, and clinical notes in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
License: Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or active reciprocity / pending new graduate status).
Certifications: Current CPR / BLS Certification.
Experience: All experience levels welcome — experienced LPNs looking for schedule consistency and motivated New Graduates seeking hands-on mentorship are encouraged to apply.
