Adept Nursing & Rehab of Ashland is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts to provide direct nursing care to residents in a supportive environment.

Shifts available: Days 6a-6p and Nights 6p-6a. We offer a daily pay option, bonuses, 401k, health/dental/vision insurance, shift differentials, PTO/holidays, referrals, and a friendly leadership team. Eligible for Nebraska Rural Health Workforce incentives.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
