Job summary

Fellowship Community is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our senior living team in Whitehall, PA. This part-time role covers two shifts: 2:30p-11p and 10:30p-7a.

The LPN will provide compassionate care, administer medications, and collaborate with a healthcare team in a high-performance, patient-centered environment. Requirements include an active PA LPN license, proficiency with EMR, strong communication, and a commitment to our RI SE Core Values.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and medication software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment.
