Fellowship Village in Manchester Township, NJ is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled, compassionate care for aging residents in an assisted living setting. The ideal candidate has geriatric nursing experience, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

CPR/BLS and NJ LPN license are required. In this role you will administer medications, monitor vital signs, collaborate with the care team, and help develop and implement patient care

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong clinical skills in geriatric nursing, particularly in sub-acute care and assisted living.
• CPR and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
