We are seeking a skilled Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master) to join our Facilities team. The right candidate will support general maintenance operations across campus, with a primary focus on plumbing and system upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and repair plumbing, heating, and related systems
• Perform rough-to-finish plumbing on renovations and upgrades
• Obtain permits and manage inspections with the Town of Needham
• Complete and close daily work orders
• Assist with general maintenance tasks including HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, snow removal, and more
• Respond to on-site maintenance requests promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Technical school/apprenticeship program completion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
