This on-site, field-based role offers a full-time schedule with overtime as needed. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of plumbing experience, Wisconsin license, clean driving record, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation.
• Mandatory experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Identify root causes and perform precise repairs.
• Build rapport with homeowners and present service options.
• Provide timely solutions for urgent plumbing while coordinating with dispatch.
• Keep company vehicle clean and job sites clean.
• Complete all digital paperwork and service records on time.
