Mr. Holland’s Home Services, part of Clarion Home Services Group, seeks a Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master) for on-site work in Jackson, WI and surrounding areas. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, possible overtime, and daily residential/commercial travel.

Base pay ranges from $50 to $62 per hour, with OT potential and a total compensation target up to $150,000 yearly. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation.
• Deep understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License required; a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Identify root causes and perform precise repairs.
• Build rapport with homeowners, presenting service options.
• Provide timely solutions for urgent plumbing issues and coordinate with dispatch.
• Keep vehicles clean and ensure jobsites are left in good condition.
• Accurately complete digital service records and paperwork.
