Mr. Holland’s Home Services, a Clarion Home Services Group brand, seeks a Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master) for on-site work in Jackson, WI and surrounding areas. This full-time role involves travel to residential/commercial sites, variable hours, and potential overtime to meet project demands.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, sign-on incentive up to $10,000, and a base pay of $50–$62 per hour with earning potential up to $150k/year.

Formación

• Must have Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
• Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation.
• Experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options.

Responsabilidades

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Identify root causes and perform precise repairs.
• Build rapport with homeowners and present service options.
• Complete digital paperwork and service records on time.
